On offer from 1 September 2008 is a newly refurbished accommodation in Leeds City Centre comprising 3 self contained offices, large open plan administration area, well lit meeting room and independent kitchen facilities.
Offered on a 3 -5 year lease this office space is competitively priced and therefore early viewings are recommended.

Cost
Martha’s Meeting Room = £30 per hour or £210 per day
Studios 1 and 3 = £42 per hour or £300 per day
Studio 2 = £34 per hour or £245 per day
Please note that all costs are inclusive of VAT.
